What is VPO

Mission Statement:

The Vermont Paralegal Organization is a statewide, volunteer-based organization dedicated to providing education and promoting paralegal professionalism and leadership.

VPO Purpose:

The purpose of the Vermont Paralegal Organization is to establish and maintain high standards of education, conduct, and integrity among paralegals; to foster, advance and promote the paralegal profession; to facilitate communication within the Vermont paralegal community and within local, state, and national bar organizations; to support and encourage continuing education for paralegals in Vermont; to educate the legal and business communities in Vermont in the effective utilization of paralegals; and to encourage the expansion of paralegal roles.
